Pierce Law Firm is a law firm with an office in Hixson, TN. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing estate planning, elder law, guardianship and conservatorship and 12 other areas of law.
Martin has served me for more than 20 years in a variety of area: incorporating a non-profit, filing for tax-exempt status, trust documents and wills for family members. His service in all these areas has been very thorough, understandable, and economical.
For over 20 years, I have had a professional relationship with Martin, and use him exclusively in all legal matters. A "spendthrift" trust enabled me to control the "scams" and still allow my father to handle his other affairs.
