In my entire 14 years in the Real Estate Industry I have NEVER had to deal with the complete lack of respect and ethical responsibility that I did with John Wilson and his staff. My home was being sold due to a divorce. Both my ex-husband and I have attorneys, the buyer used a wonderful law firm and our amazing Realtors tried to be as present and helpful as possible. John Wilson and the EXTREMELY unprofessional woman at the front desk made the entire process not only miserable but they did more harm than good. John Wilson REFUSED to speak to anyone other than my ex-husband (including our attorney’s), even though I had a court order that gave me legal possession of the home as well as allowed me to speak to anyone in regards to the sale of the home. Due to their lack of communication and professionalism my Realtor and I showed up to the office at the scheduled closing time only to be verbally assaulted by the horrid woman at the front desk and have to police called on us.
