Where do I start with Hank Pailet. He is without a doubt, the best attorney I have spoke with. From the moment I hired him to the moment we were done with my custody case spanning in about a year and a half, he fought the entire way advocating for me and making sure we did what was right for my daughter. The day prior of the scheduled hearing Hank informed me that he had made personal travel plans on my hearing date which (at the time) had been scheduled over four months in advance, and that he was surprised events were presenting with the possibility of a hearing. This ultimately led to extremely rushed, impulsive, and costly decisions to be made at the 11th hour in an effort to avoid a hearing (which we were unprepared for) and requiring me to concede to concessions I was not satisfied with; as well as absorb excessive, unnecessary, and unexpected monetary hits near the very end of my case (in excess of $3,000) This would have been avoided if there was greater pro-activity, participation, and assertiveness from Hank earlier in the process. Over all I received limited and fractured bits of legal advice from Hank, hinged with general unresponsiveness, leading me to remain ill-informed, lost and let down.
