I hired Darius for a Muni case for my husband. After paying him I heard nothing from this office. I called and left a message for an update once a day for two days and received the most unprofessional voicemail back from him. Yelling and telling me to stop harassing him and that he was going to refund my money. Haven't received the money yet, but deserve to be treated like a person. If you don't mind being talked down to or receiving no results then go ahead and hire him.

She guaranteed us our case was a slam dunk and there was no way we could lose. We lost big time. She was very short with us, talked down to us and charged us and did nothing to help our case. She dropped the ball in court.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
