I have used Williams Law Firm for many, many years for my RE closings, both in my business and my personal closings. They are always friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend this firm to anyone looking for Real Estate or Estate Planning.

The Williams Law Firm is very responsive and has been a great asset in various matters with which I've needed assistance in the past few years. Hired Law Firm

We had a 9:00 am Monday closing. This was the first closing I had ever experienced (out of 7 previous) where the buyer and seller were not present together in the same room. This was also the first (and last) closing where funds were not dispersed at time of closing. Buyers funds were delayed for over 24 hours due to the incompetence of this law firm. This law firm also incorrectly calculated property tax proration, causing the buyers settlement amount to be off. Extremely unprofessional.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
