He is brilliant, told me back In 1994,this class action will take 15 years,and you will get 10% of what they promised, he was right on about this,He took our case,for little or no monetary gain, he knew my sisters and I didn't have any money,and were not used to dealing with lawyers.
in 1994 the class action started, was quoted a huge settlement, ed matonich told me it will take 10-15 years,and you will get about 10% of that. He was right on the money. He is excellent, really knows the law

This involves Dow Corning breast implant settlement, we have had an ongoing relationship with this law firm for 16 years, and the settlement is still going on, with bonuses etc. still coming up.

Edward Matonich is the worst Attorney in the world. He “threw me under the bus” and I am sure he got paid big bucks by the insurance company to do this! He told me I needed to go to mediation to “learn” what they were willing to offer! I went to mediation and they offered very little! I said no more negotiating! The mediator said he continues to negotiate after mediation and Matonich “claimed” an offer was made at mediation! He told me is I didn’t accept the offer he would not represent me at trial! The person that referred me to him apologized and responded he lied when I told him what he did with tears in his eyes! I told him there is a special place in hell for people like Edward Matonich, his daughter Julie and his secretary Cheryl as they all knew what his plan was to deceive me and get paid to do so!
