He's responsive, competent, and willing to say when he needs to do more research. Billing rates are normal for the area.

Hired Law Firm

Used this law firm to help us with my dad's estate after his passing, to determine how to transfer funds to pay for our children's college financial aid and allocate the money to them without paying extraordinary taxes. We were advised that if we abided by their recommendations, we would not need to pay a high tax. Well, instead, we ended up with a $20,000 tax bill that year because of his advice. Please note that we are not wealthy so this tax bill was strictly due to the way we moved the funds, at his direction. Also, we drew up our wills with this office. Numerous mistakes were made along the way, despite us continuously correcting what we had clearly written out. It was just sloppy. I would not recommend this law firm, especially Mr. Bright.

Took advantage of an 88 year old. Paralegal very unprofessional. Price charged was ridiculous and totally unjustified.
