Quick to get to the point, helpful in everyway. Staff is very knowledgable
hired this lawyer expecting at least basic competence, but the experience was consistently frustrating from start to finish. Communication was nearly nonexistent; emails went unanswered for days, sometimes weeks, and phone calls were rarely returned. When I did get a response, it was vague, dismissive, or filled with confusing legal jargon that didn’t actually address my questions. Deadlines were missed without explanation, documents were submitted with errors, and I often felt like I was the one keeping track of my own case. During meetings, they seemed unprepared and unfamiliar with important details, which was honestly alarming given how much was at stake. What made matters worse was the lack of accountability. Every issue was blamed on someone else—the court, opposing counsel, or even me—rather than taking responsibility and fixing the problem. I never felt like my concerns were taken seriously.
