Lesley Cohen is a seasoned family law attorney with over twenty years of experience practicing in Southern Nevada. A graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, and the DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Ms. Cohen is licensed in Nevada and holds inactive status in Utah. Nearly her entire career has been devoted to family law, where she is dedicated to helping families through challenging legal matters. Ms. Cohen’s influence extends nationally as a Uniform Law Commissioner, where she has contributed to the drafting of laws such as the Uniform Parentage Act, now adopted by states across the country. Locally, she has received the Clark County Bar Association Circle of Support Award for her work educating attorneys on legal developments. Ms. Cohen is committed to increasing access to justice, volunteering annually with the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada. She also served five sessions in the Nevada State Assembly, earning recognition for her legislative and community service. Outside of her legal work, Ms. Cohen supports the blind and visually impaired as a volunteer guide for the Achilles Track Group.
