Hired Attorney Jason Weinstock

I did not realize how tough it would be to reopen my claim but I found out! I am sure that without Jason I would have never been able to do it going up against a stubborn adjuster. I asked Jason to help me and boy did he ever! He doesn’t give in and he gave me great advice plus I learned so much about Nevadas workers compensation law I feel like I can help someone. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
