Tried to blackmail my family and I while I was incarcerated by saying "I know you can get money on the outside." He said that $5k wasn't enough to get me out and that if I wanted to be freed I would have to pay another $5k. He didn't listen to me and offered a poor defense before attempting to persuade me to take a deal that was not in my favor. Luckily after not paying his blackmail I was able to get my case dismissed myself by having a court appointed attorney present a motion that I wrote.
