This was my experience: To say this office is unprofessional and marginal at best, would be the understatement of the year. I would not recommend their services to ANYONE. The legal assistant (Stephanie) runs the office. Stephanie is a nightmare. She lies and has 100 excuses for everything. She strings you along and then she suddenly turns on you. Once this happens, good luck getting any communication from this office. Your name will go into Stephanie‘s little black hole of clients she is displeased with. Stephanie will also try to bully or scare you into purchasing additional services that are expensive and unnecessary. Ironically, the one thing Stephanie is good at is making your experience miserable. Then, when you state that you’re not happy and would like to speak with the lawyer, Stephanie will prevent that from happening. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this business.
