Daniel exudes integrity and has a reputation for integrity in the community. If he has a fault it is his overall compassion for others which means he is not a shark. If that is what you need he is not your man, ask him for a reference. If you want a competent and honest attorney you could trust with your life, this is your man. He will tell you if what you want is beyond his area of expertise, as I wrote, you can trust this man.
He answered all ?s in terms that I could understand, informed me of each step, returned all my calls quickly and all communications from the firm were prompt (actually faster than I thought) and wasn't a financial rip-off.
I have used this firm in the past and have a lot of confidence in members of the firm and their staff. The people in this firm have outstanding integrity and are well respected in the area. Joseph is a very engaging articulate person who was very helpful when I could deal with him, though getting an appointment or finding him available when I called was very difficult.
