I used Kevin with 2 retainers where I was at stake to loose custody. I had to keep re sending receipts, correct for mistakes on spelling/case info. Responding was mediocre and so was his organization. He was not assertive for my issues in court, Im the one,I had to keep reminding him. He finished my case free of charge because I complained. I was not well informed on child support, I am looking at my file now & was supposed to get more, my ex pretty much got away with a lot more.
Attorney failed to do his legal duties, sabotaged our legal interests and finally stole our money, in escrow remaining funds. Failed to account for charges with billings.
