WORKING WITH NELSON AND NATALE WAS WORSE THEN BEING INJURED. You will probably never see your money. Years ago, after my settlement (which was for only a portion of my injury), they neglected to submit the appeal paperwork to the insurance company. Case has been settled for 2 years! Now I am being sent to collections for an amount above and beyond the scope of the injury that we settled for.

Phone calls were never returned. I was required to deal with support staff and not the attorneys and the only time I did hear from the attorneys was when they needed to settle my case or to sign the release agreement. They didn't even go with me to my deposition, some other lawyer they hired was there. Do yourself a HUGE favor, don't waste your time. They are a joke
