Total waste in Hawley Pa. Totally unacceptable, he tried to side with a local in the area and lost in the end. If you’re looking for a fair fight this is definitely not your man . From beginning to end was showing no respect for other people who were there that evening.
Tom and his entire law firm are a joke! Not only did he steel close to 6000 in fees from me I live in a community and we have a land use issue he represents them and me and that’s a huge conflict of interest but Tom doesn’t care he is so money hungry it’s scary I am bringing him up on charges ! Mr Farley never got back to me on a matter in which time was of the essence he had my money which is non refundable but ignores my phone calls
Never returns phone calls. Doesn't update you on the status of your case even when jail is involved. Never in the office (you'll get to know his secretary really well). When you do miraculously get a hold of him, he makes big empty promises talking your head off for 2 hours to bill you big for something that should've been a 5 minute conversation. He needs a lesson in client communication!!!
This is the worst lawyer in the world. He does not return phone calls the staff is rude and unprofessional. Do not walk from this law firm run.
