He met with my husband & I personally. He was understanding, informative & helped us with a case of X-wife illegally using my husbands name on her bills then stopping payment. Because of his advise, she paid up the bills without having to go to court.
David Venable is dishonest and talks to his clients like dogs. He comes to Court empty handed with NO FILE OR PAPERWORK and WITHOUT THE PROPER PETITIONS FILED FOR THE CASE resulting in the Judge barring him from participating in the case. Yet he will bill YOu the CLIENT NEARLY $800 for him being sent home by the Judge for NOT BEING PREPARED. I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER recommend him to ANYONE. I HAD TO TURN HIM INTO THE GEORGIA STATE BAR FOR OVER CHARGING US NEARLY $2,000 for legal services
