Marsha Kazarosian presented me with a faulty jury waiver form and had me sign it. I was never in this type of trouble before so I really didnt know better. I signed the form. She knew she was snaking the courts, that form overturned my conviction. After I was convicted ( I had no real defense from Kazarosian), I requested my complete file sent to me in prison. Kazarosian removed the faulty juror waiver form. She did send me a estimate for my appeal, $20,000.The worst.
