Danielle M. Papa combines passion, dedication, and extensive experience to deftly manage criminal cases for her clients. Her legal journey commenced at the Nassau County District Attorney's Office, where she honed her skills under Dennis Dillon and Kathleen Rice for four years. Here, she gained invaluable experience by taking misdemeanor and felony cases to trial, working closely with law enforcement, and developing a keen understanding of police investigations and tactics.
Before founding her own firm, Danielle worked at DerGarabedian and Dillon alongside former District Attorney Dennis Dillon, passionately defending clients charged with serious offenses, such as murder, assault, burglary, and drug crimes.
Danielle's foundation in law began at Providence College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1998, followed by a Juris Doctorate from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 2002. She remains an active participant in both the Nassau County Bar Association and the Nassau County Criminal Courts Bar Association, continuously committed to providing exceptional legal defense.
