Hired Attorney

Was arrested for domestic with ex girlfriend, a lot of things happened prior to the arrest that made the whole case a conflict of interest and wrongful arrest. Mr. Walters went to bat for me after an attorney I hired previously decided that he was not able to do the job. He fought for my rights as a citizen and got a full dismissal of the charges and expungement from my records. Total trust and confidence in this man.

Did an excellent job representing me in a civil case. I retained Mr. Walter a day before a filing deadline. He stayed up all night drafting a 16 page brief. After It was filed, the case ended to my complete satisfaction.

Hired Attorney

Consistently forgot court dates, appts, and documents for mediation. Upon initially asking me to 'trust him' and 'leave it here'(pointing to his shoulders) he repeatedly failed me. When failing to meet a self-requested deadline for production of needed documents and declaring he would file a bar complaint himself if he missed it, he became passive-aggressive when I filed instead. His lack of attention led to adverse outcomes and were unnecessarily costly to me.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
