This guy is a criminal. I was held for 7.5 months on a felony I didn’t commit. Scott told me that if I didn’t plea I could be held for 2 years. In MS a person can be held for 2 weeks without a preliminary hearing on a felony charge without a preliminary hearing. If a preliminary hearing isn’t held within 2 weeks person is released on own recognizance. I’d been held for 7.5 months in barbaric conditions. 1 hour of exercise per week in a concrete enclosure. After I plead before corrupt hick Bob Helfrich to a felony I didn’t commit. My so called victim, Eddie Holloway, called me 4 times. Eddie is friends with corrupt hick Bob Helfrich who ordered I was to have no contact with his friend Eddie Holloway. When I informed Scott about the contact he advised me not to tell anyone. This guy is the stereotypical corrupt Mississippi scumbag. He is exactly why the entire world, correctly, looks down on Mississippi.
