3 years ago I found myself needing legal representation for a family estate dispute in NJ, though I'm down here in FL. I randomly Googled and landed on Kelly, who was working at a law firm at the time. My case was slow goings and in the midst Kelly struck out on her own (and I was glad to leave her old firm and support her new venture as her direct client). My case has been deeply frustrating, with numerous delays (due to opposing counsel), but recently we've made significant headway! Kelly worked on Estate Planning with my aunt. I’ve previously worked with her so when my aunt has some legal questions. I referred her to Kelly. Kelly explained everything thoroughly to my aunt and was so patient and went the extra step to ensure that my aunt had all the information necessary to make the best decisions. My aunt was so appreciative of the time and dedication that Kelly and her staff put into assisting her with her needs. I have referred Kelly to other people and will continue to do so in the future.

I wish I didn't use her to be the lawyer for my Grandpa's estate. - I got a call out the blue telling me I needed to send a check to the Tax office for tens of thousands of dollars...that day. - When the accountant was doing the final taxes for the estate, we were delayed because...Kelly forgot to include all my grandfather's accounts. - She repeatedly gave me wrong info all while referring to my grandfather as my "uncle." The worst offense was telling me I couldn't sell my grandfather's house until we got the tax waivers, which I don't think she realized now take at least 4 to 6 months to receive. So that was a fun evening stressing out about how I was going to maintain all the bills on the house for an additional half a year. (see earlier bullet about how I had to come up with tens of thousands of dollars in one day) Even google will tell you this is wrong. So please don't use her for anything regarding estates and wills.
