I was represented by this attorney during my home buying process. In my contract of purchasing the home I bought, it stated my home was supposed to come with a working fridge. The fridge for one is old! The sellers spent over 600$ on repairs and delayed our closing because of the fridge. We wrote a addendum stating buyer will revive 1500$ if repairs are done and buyer still isn’t happy. The repair man came and tried to fix the fridge for now the third time & the fridge made a loud annoying noise, I asked the man why is it making this noise and he stated it will stop when it reaches the temperature it is supposed to be at.My dad is a maintenance worker and told me the fridge is no good. I contacted the attorney and they had little to no interest, they said the sellers are not willing to release funds and I have a warranty on the part that they fixed on the fridge. I just couldn’t take it anymore so I bought myself a new fridge and didn’t receive any money for it!Horrible representation!
