Hired Attorney Kathleen Kowalyshyn

I would not recommend to hire Kathleen Kowalyshyn as an attorney. She is not a fair minded person or experienced enough to make the right judgement call and makes her decisions around who she likes more. She is unreasonable and difficult to talk to when she doesn't want to listen. Even if she isn't 100% positive her opinion is correct. She will leave your child in jeopardy for this reason. I would hire Rhonda Mora. Her skill set and experience is much better although she is tough.

Hired Law Firm

Kathleen is easily swayed by abusive personality disordered individuals which result in children being placed into dangerous unsupervised custody orders. She unilaterally changes the order and in my opinion favors the party who is ordered to pay. Convenient.
