Atty. Mester exuded extreme exactitude and comprehensiveness in the preparation and presentation of my case to the judge; has an exceedingly imposing and professional demeanor and is highly articulate. The judge even asked me if I was aware of how highly detailed my case file was and what an excellent attorney I had. I won the case.
David Mester is one of the best lawyers in the state of Connecticut. I highly recommend him. He's represented many other clients that I know and we're all very pleased with his results.
He's an excellent litigator.
All I needed was a call back, and maybe you would get a better review. In the meantime, see ya on the marrow -- too bad 4 U. Got more $$$ than you'll ever have AND I'll use it just because I can!{para}WAC
Awful experience. Let’s other law firms push him around.impossible to ever teach anyone in the office. Ignores voicemails and doesn’t communicate properly and finally when you do get him on the phone doesn’t listen to his clients and talks over you also makes it very obvious that he’s being bothered. Horrible law firm
Hired David for an simple auto accident case, other driver at fault and ticketed on site. After our initial meeting he was barely to be heard from, took my paperwork and disappeared. After dozens of ignored calls and texts I hired another firm. Attempted to fire him August 2018 to no avail because, obviously, he never returned my voicemails. January 2019 my credit has been hit due to unpaid medical bills my current lawyer has been attempting to obtain from Mester for almost six months.
Screws his clients over; allows opposing lawyers to threaten him into not showing up for court appearances (or did you and your dumb horse as you called her in your office that day, decide this together after your clients refused to withdraw certain legal actions - to teach your clients a lesson?) After failing to show for court, he uses his "employees" to cover for him, and never mentions anything about it for months. Mr. Mester should be disbarred & his all of his past/present cases reviewed
