I DO NOT recommend Mr. Morgan as an attorney. He does not communicate... meaning do not expect a reply back from him no matter how many times you leave a message. He flat out ignores his clients and doesn't mind to let them sit in jail way longer than they need to. I believe he received his law degree from a cracker jack box. This man is very unprofessional and has no compassion for his clients and their families at all. Also, when he does do something for the good, be rest assured that it doesn't follow up. According to the courts my boyfriend was to be released and enter drug court on a Thursday and had to sit in there for a week because Mr. Morgan didn't make sure all involved had completed necessary paperwork. He also falsifies I formation....He told me and his mom on Thursday to hang around because he would be getting out in a few hours. A week later he was still sitting in jail and my 11 year old step son was devastated. Imagine what his son alone has had to go through.
To anyoneWho has a family member who has Richard J Morgan Junior as an attorney I don’t know where he got his law degree from but he had bUy it at Montgomery wards because he’s not returning he does not look at Gmail‘s he does not answer phone calls from clients family and he does not answer text messages from the family either I know this firsthand because he was fired on August 10 Buy my fiancé because he don’t do his job he brought a plea deal to her and just give it to a guard instead of calling her out to talk to her about the plea deal and when he goes and sees him he talks so fast and you don’t understand explain nothing!
