Hired Attorney James McNider III

For the past 7 months, I have had the pleasure of being represented by Jim McNider. I hired him as a result of a referral by another attorney and that referral could not have been better. Jim is by far the consummate professional. He is extremely smart, thorough and most of all highly ethical and extremely passionate about what he does for you and your case. He actually takes a personal interest in your case and is available almost 24/7. In short....He becomes your partner. There is not enough space here for me to compliment him enough on how thoroughly he has managed my case. In closing, if you have the ability to hire Jim, just do it! You will not be disappointed in any way! He's just "One Of a Kind!"

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
