Hired Attorney

Robert is supposed to be a condo association expert. Although, he writes threatening letters to condo owners on behalf of the BODs that go against the bylaws and the NH condo association rules and regulations. For example, he informed me in writing that if I want to view the HOA's records, I need to hire a CPA to do so. I am an owner and both the bylaws and NH regulations allow me to view the records. He told me I cannot talk with the contractor working in my unit saying they are an "employee" of the BOD. That is just not true! He is demeaning.

Hired Attorney

This character Ducharme appears to behave in his daily practices in ways that are intended harass 3rd party individuals dissociated from his matters at hand. Upon being reminded to follow proper process to send his mails via postal service to the proper addressees on his concerns, the character -- in a most crudely calculating manner -- sends his postal mailings to those who are tangentially associated with his matters rather than to the primary parties of concern. This is apparently designed to harass and intimidate; yet, it may just be a matter of time before he gets a restraining order to cease all harassing, inappropriate mailings. Mr. Ducharme apparently thinks he is due a "free lunch" peddling for money leveraging the most conniving of behaviors and intending to wreak havoc on others by any means to get around proper venues -- perhaps because he is disqualified from practicing in certain jurisdictions -- for addressing his matters.
