I retained George Tucker as my attorney to represent me in my legal matter. Based on my experience working with him, I have serious concerns regarding both his communication and his handling of attorney fees. Throughout the representation, Mr. Tucker’s communication was consistently inadequate. Updates regarding the status of my case were limited, delayed, or not provided at all, which made it difficult for me to remain informed or actively involved in my own legal matter. Additionally, I have concerns regarding how attorney fees were calculated and taken. Mr. Tucker deducted his percentage from the gross settlement proceeds, rather than from the net proceeds, which significantly impacted my recovery. This approach was not clearly explained to me in advance and, to my understanding, was not agreed upon in a transparent manner.
Mr. Tucker is an unethical and racist attorney who abuses his power in the community to commit fraud.
