Working with this attorney and his other attorney, William Pike was a great experience. Both were very helpful and very knowledgeable in workers compensation law. A comp case takes time and can be very involved. Jerry and William walked me and advised me throughout the whole process. I was offered a settlement from the insurance company and after my attorneys looked it over carefully, told me it was a good settlement, so I trusted them wholeheartedly and they did as promised. Jerry Gambino had represented me for 3 worker’s compensation cases over the past 2 decades. Due to the overlapping nature of the cases, and the fact that my employer had switched insurance carriers over the years, knowing who was responsible for what was often complicated. Mr. Gambino always took my phone calls to explain anything that I was uncertain of in a calm and patient manner. He also resolved any issues that arose, e.g. denial of a medical procedure, in a very efficient manner. His office staff were always very friendly and helpful as well.
