Completely rude and unprofessional! Hired her for a custody case. She was demeaning. She showed up over half an hour late to a meeting, giving no notice or explanation. She didn't show at all that she cared about my case, only that she got paid.
She was hired as a child investigator. Entirely biased and made recommendations way outside of the guidelines, including recommending the court drop a protection order without speaking or approval from the victims. Find another attorney!!
Denise is the worst attorney Ive delt with. her office have faulty billing practices and are aggressive in all communications. The company is an ambulance chaser, All elder folks dealing with them beware
Working with this firm and this attorney was the worst experience ever. Months and months of billing issues and errors. They do not document billings of clients correctly, It essentially fraud and very deceptive. The communication from the attorney was pathetic. She would not repond to questions, requests, etc. The biggest wast of money. DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM.
I hired Denise Sollund & paid a $4000 retainer. I hired her the same day I went for my initial free consultation. I hired her on December 8, 2021 & fired her on December 22, 2021, two weeks to the day. During this time I tried contacting her because of a legal issue regarding my case. I called her office 3 times & left messages for her to please call me. She never responded to my calls. Because of her lack of communication I fired her. I just wish she would have told me initially that she didn’t have time to devote to my case. Two weeks of my time wasted. I definitely would not recommend attorney Denise Sollund.
