I came to Kane, Wilburn and Stone with an extremely difficult, contested child custody case with paternity and jurisdictional issues as well as many, MANY other complicating factors. Ian McIlroy represented me and my child, but what became very apparent throughout the months that we worked together was that when I hired Mr. McIlroy, I got the whole firm and the attorneys there brought so much knowledge and experience to my case. Mr. McIlroy was wonderful at helping me to understand what was and was not pertinent to my case and was diligent in reviewing and presenting my evidence. Ian made sure I was prepared and confident in what we were presenting and what I should expect during court. He calmed my nerves during a very stressful situation and was very effective in a difficult courtroom setting. I could never thank this firm enough. I came here with no experience and no knowledge of what to expect but throughout the process I learned so much that I never even knew I didn't know.
