Working with Rick and Matt in terminating my alimony after 32 years was less complicated than I anticipated. Initially Rick returned my call the next day after my message. He discuss briefly with me what to expect in filing a Motion to Terminate my paying Alimony & his flat fee. We met safely (Covid) at his office a few days later. in which, where he asked in depth questions, went through a basic info sheet, & I gave him copies of my previous legal paperwork. He answered all my questions, & that evening Emily his legal asst. emailed the client statement in I needed to fill out. My 2nd appt. we met with Rick & his associate, Matt to go over and complete everything needed for filing the motion ASAP. It was filed the next day! . From start to finish everyone was professional, knowledgeable, caring & put me ease about my case from start to end. My alimony was terminated within 3 wks. I would Highly recommend Rick & his firm to anyone needing an excellent law firm! Exceptional people!!
It was a welcomed relief to finally find lawyers that really took an honest interest in my case! R. DeMichele is as corrupt as they come when working as an Attorney and/or a Prosecutor in Borough/Township courts. He will do anything either legal/illegal to fill his pockets with your money and never blink an eye. I only have 3 words for this individual, "corrupt, corrupt and corrupt !!! He will sell you out for a dollar.
