Hired Attorney Bernard T. Neuner III

Bernie is not honest and definitely does not know current law. We had to go back and negotiate child support and both sides chose Bernie because of location and what we thought was simple case. Bernie refused to look at our documents that showed my ex’s true income. My ex owns his own successful business and Bernie allowed him to hide income. He took it upon himself to decide to use my ex’s income from 5 years ago so he wouldn’t have to spend time to look at the documents! He refused to give mandatory COLA adjustment. He rushed through, didn’t listen and wanted to just move on to the next case. The outcome for my children was awful and unfortunately they are the knew to suffer Bernie’s predetermined and unlawful decision. Bernie is not a mediator.

Hired Attorney Bernard T. Neuner III

He only was concerned about completing the case.He didn't really fight for me and was always suggesting what was "fair" to the plaintiff. I was never really sure if he understood my situation. Also his "team" messed up a clerical situation which I had to help fix which still costed me more fees which are still in dispute today.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
