Hired Attorney Michael Eli Quiat

Michael Quiat has been taking care of my long term disability claim. He is very experienced and extremely knowledgeable. I saw nothing but kindness and compassion from Mr Quiat during a very difficult time. I consider Mr Quiat the best among his peers. Hired Attorney Michael Eli Quiat

I had the most unfortunate experience of having to retain seven attorneys in the past two years. Michael stands so far out above the rest. Very simply: He was almost always available and returned phone calls quickly; he always spoke to me with respect; he was truly an advocate when I was in a fragile condition and greatly needed one. He was protective and shielded me from an abusive insurance company. Although these might seem like simple things one would expect only Mr. Quiat provided them

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
