Philip Petrullo is a graduate of Ave Maria Law School where he obtained his juris doctor degree in law. He has been with the firm for more than five years and has been admitted to the New Jersey Bar since 2017. He successfully resolves family law matters including divorce, child support, child custody, and domestic violence. He also successfully handles criminal, DUI, and other traffic matters.

Phillip Petrullo is an exceptionally skilled and intelligent attorney who has represented me through several stages of custody litigation over time. Throughout that time, he has consistently handled every matter with prudence, professionalism, and a calm, highly effective approach. Phil takes the time to understand the full picture and approaches each situation with strategy and confidence. Most recently, he successfully defended me when my child’s mother filed a domestic violence Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) and attempted to pursue a Final Restraining Order (FRO). During the hearing, Phil's cross-examination was methodical and precise, revealing inconsistencies and exposing the true intent behind the filing. His preparation, composure, and courtroom skill made a tremendous difference in the outcome. Phil protected me from a situation that could have had very serious consequences.
