I was a victim in a 4 yr. nightmare case which Mark Heinze resolved peacefully. He is tenacious in his unrelenting pursuit to get a client justice. Professional, understanding, compassionate, HONEST, leaves no stone unturned. Office staff always very supportive. No other attorney could have resolved this like Mark. I worked in law 20 yrs. & speak from personal experience. Thank you for always caring about me.

He represented both my parents while married for business and personal issues. When my parents divorced, he represented my father against my mother which I feel is a conflict of interest. Then during the case, a judge ruled for my mother to give her financial documents to Heinze for him to do accounting. The judge made it very clear the documents were for Heinze’s use only and that my father should not be allowed to see them for privacy reasons. When my mother and her attorney went to meet with Heinze and my father, my father did not show up, but Heinze let it slip that he hadn’t actually done the accounting, rather he gave my mothers financials to my father to do the accounting which directly violated the judges order. Heinze admitted his mistake and apologized but the damage was done. I am filing a complaint with NJ bar association.
