I was turned down by another attorney stating she wouldn't be able to win the case because she would be going up against a big law firm. I spoke to Tim Murr on the phone and was told I had an excellent case and I would win. Which I did.
Mr. Teel provided us with excellent council and advice. He researched effectively and utilized all of the information regarding our case to its greatest advantage. He was masterful in court and was of great comfort to us during this stressful time. Most importantly, we received our desired outcome from the proceedings.
Mr. Teel is a consummate professional. His understanding of the law as it pertains to child custody is unmatched. His communication skills and demeanor put my wife and I at ease. I am a disabled 73 year old Viet Nam veteran and Tim Murr fraudulently stole $5000.00 from me. I am seeking to file charges with the attorney general. Tim Murr, claims to be a christian then interferes in my personal relationship to the point of encouraging Sheila Smith to leave me because I am pursuing charges against him (Tim Murr).. A real jerk and a gossiping coward.
The Worst Experience You Could Have May 31, 2016 Hired attorney I hired this attorney because a judge recommended him. Never do that! He never did much of anything he said he would. Rarely returned telephone messages, emails, text messages etc. Generally disrespected me. Wasted $6000.00 0f my money. Lied about refunding my funds.
When we first hired Tim Murr, he had us under his spell. We really thought he was going to help us. After collecting $5000.00 from us it has turned out that he positively did not have our best interests at heart. He will never receive any referrals from us and we are warning others to "beware".
