Very prompt with accessing information. Has a qualified team that makes sure he is doing his job properly. Also, very quick with cases and is down to earth.

Hired Attorney Mager Varnado Jr.

Varnado is retired now from his law practice. If you felt you were wrong by his office, contact the MS Bar. There is also another way, malpractice suit.

Hired Attorney Mager Varnado Jr.

Lawyer Varnado will explain that he practices in a very difficult area of the law. I know for a fact that is true. And I know he spent time and lost money on my son's case. Additionally, he is a very nice man. But, he is, in my opinion, not an effective advocate for someone with a mental, not physical disability. During the whole six years he seemed ill at ease whenever my son, his client, was present in our infrequent meetings. In one of our conversations, he once offered advice that confused mental retardation services and mental health services. I cannot recall a single suggestion he ever made that helped our case.

I never in my life had a lawyer as bad as Mr varnado. Even his secretary is rude! I never heard from him he didn't even bother getting all my paper work from the places I been
