Phil has helped me and family members with legal matters several times with great outcome that I could have done without him..
I certainly suggest you give him a call.
I would definitely call on him again. He was very professional and he really cared about my injury and that I received a fair settlement.

Hired Law Firm
Phil took my case simply to help me with the injustices of the personal auto world. My own insurance company was not backing me up regarding an accident that was NOT my fault, and Phil took care of everything. Albeit, my case was not grand, it was worth fighting for and after the "straight and narrow" wisdom Phil shared with me, the "righteous" prevailed.{para}I find Phil, fair, honest, consistent, direct and full of "do right". I am confident that most can not hold a candle to Phil's integrity.
I was totally unhappy with the Job he did. The first time when we hired him, he came to my house and was very nice and professional, but after that it was different, for instance we would come to his office and he would act like if he was mad. He also confused me once with one of his other clients. But the part the gets me little upset is that he would not be wanting to negotiate more with the adjuster. At some point I felt that I did the whole negotiation. He is very mean. I want to help people
When I hired an attorney, I thought I was gaining an advocate who would protect me and look out for my rights. Instead, I experienced more stress and problems from Mr. Gilbert than I did my significant disabling injuries from the accident. He admitted to looking out for his own interests, not mine. His conduct reflected that philosophy much to my detriment. Just getting my settlement money was a years long process. I finally had to threaten to call consumer news advocates after years of fighting
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
