Denver lawyer Anthony Viorst fights to protect the rights of the injured and people who face criminal charges, as well as consumers who are treated unfairly by insurance companies.

Whether in the courtroom executing a dynamic strategy or out of the courtroom negotiating on behalf of a client, lawyers with extensive backgrounds bring a unique approach not easily found in the legal field. Our attorneys at The Viorst Law Offices, P.C., offer representation and counsel to meet a spectrum of needs for clients throughout Greater Denver and Colorado. Attorney and founder, Anthony Viorst, graduated from Georgetown Law School in 1987. Since then, he has built a wealth of legal knowledge from various involvements. He was a public defender for 10 years and has represented clients in personal injury cases for over 20 years. Having seen the courtroom in varying roles, he understands how best to build a strong argument for our clients. Our legal team seeks to provide thorough and personalized strategies for our clients. In our pursuit of your success, we offer flexible services to give you the opportunity to have your voice heard. We are available for both in-person and remote appointments.

Hired Attorney Mr. Anthony Viorst Esq.

I cannot say thank you enough for the outstanding work Tony, Michelle, and David did for me on a legal malpractice case against another local attorney for the horrible and unprofessional representation provided in another case. It is not an easy process and the other side with their unlimited resources provided by the deep pockets of a malpractice insurance company make it seem like an uphill battle with no end, but Tony and his team were there guiding me every step of the way as any great attorney and their team should. That unfortunately wasn’t my experience with the previous representation so it was a breath of fresh air to work with Tony and his team. Tony offered sound, professional advice and was realistic in the outcome which I greatly appreciated. The last thing I needed was someone throwing unreasonable outcomes at me and pumping me up with false hope. Our case settled in mediation and every penny recovered was a win after going through such a bad situation.
