Cheryl represented the father of my daughters ex in a bitter custody battle. Before orders were in place, she advised him to kidnap his son and rip him away from his excellent mother, at 2 years of age. His dad is a convicted meth addict and felon with no morals, along with the dads mother; a cocaine addict and zealous woman who paid Cheryl a high retainer to utilize her dirty lawyering. Cheryl was fully aware of her clients felonies and drug addiction, with which she still chose to represent. The lies they concocted in court were jaw dropping. My grandson is now almost 14 yrs old and is living in a group home and the state has stripped Cheryl’s client of his parental rights. CPS has also completely failed this innocent child, along with the state of Colorado. Miss Miller should have known the person/people she was representing; he was in jail at the time for various felonies and a known meth addict and drug dealer, yet she still chose to represent him.
