I hired David Lamb to help with custody issues regarding my granddaughter. From the very beginning, he claimed this was an open-and-shut case and that no judge would ever take my granddaughter away from the only home she’s ever known and give her to a man with a felony record and a history of addiction. But that’s exactly what happened. All along the way, David repeatedly gave me terrible advice that ended up costing me tens of thousands of dollars. For instance, he told me it was fine to move to California because I was my granddaughter’s legal guardian and no official court filings had been made. Then, I was accused of absconding, and he refused to fight these allegations! David told me challenging the ruling would be pointless. After the absconding hearing, he went up to the magistrate to congratulate her on her promotion and wish her well right in front of me! It was both insensitive and hurtful.
