never meet him only met with a paralegal
I never got to talk to Mr. Gagne or see him personally. Always talked to his staff. Also, I now have a bill that needs to be paid from a dr. office that was part of the claim that they will not get taken care of since it has been taken care of as part of the claim. I have called them trying to get it taken care of and they won't do it.
Hard to get anyone to return calls. Vague when answering questions. Was lied to on 2 occasions. Received money for injury, but was far less then expected.
Mr. Gagne is a non-communicative jerk. He needs to be disbarred. He allows his lazy paralegals to do HIS work and in the meantime, they do not do it and he knows nothing about what is going on. In a meeting face to face with him, he actually told me he doesn't "pamper" his clients, when I asked a question, because he didn't understand my question. I ended up firing him and retaining another attorney to handle my case.
