Hired Attorney

They took on my case where my employer did not have Workers Compensation for the state of South Carolina. It was a long and complicated case that took approximately eleven years. Case was settled to my satisfaction with the exception of the defendant not paying my prescriptions obtained at the Veterans Administration. They worked tirelessly to get a settlement for me. Kathryn is an ex Work Comp judge and her firm shows the quality and caring for its clients greatly.

She was very knowledgable in her field and worked with us after we had been under workers compensation for 8 months having our chain pulled. She was able to get us the medical explanations and answers we needed and bring this case to a close. We would highly recommend her and her firm.
