Hired Attorney

I hired Joe after two really bad divorce lawyers in Greenville. My divorce should have been quick (no custody or alimony). The two previous lawyers were lazy and just sucked me for time and money. I talked to a previous client of Joe’s before hiring Joe. Even though, I did not know the client, she told me exactly what to expect and it was true. My divorce was finished in a few months with Joe. Joe was professional, returned my calls promptly and his assistant Jillian were great! Highly recommended!

I am posting this publicly so others are fully aware of my experience. Mothers, especially, should proceed with extreme caution. I lost my only daughter while this attorney was entrusted to represent me. He allowed my ex’s attorney to control the process entirely. He failed to review the documentation I repeatedly provided—critical background that could have impacted my case. In hindsight, I would have been better off representing myself. My life has been permanently altered by this failure. The loss I carry is not theoretical or exaggerated—it is real, profound, and enduring. Ten years later, I still mourn my daughter every day. I was double-charged for services and trusted them in good faith, believing they were acting in my best interest. That trust was misplaced. Hired Attorney

WARNING !!!!! Never Hire Joe Ramseur !!!!!! He caused me to lose custody bc of his ignorance and laziness. He was NEVER present in any of our meetings. I had to double pay for me to tell his assistant and then pay to have her tell him what we said. No you wonder why he’s still able to stay afloat. He wins the simole cases (anyone with or without a degree could) and the tough ones, he royally messes up the case worse than what you started with. He doesn’t stand up for his clients at all !! I wish I never would have hired him. My life went down the dumps after hiring him and then firing him and has to go to court several times on my own to clean up the mess he created. Karma
