There was some difficulty with the condo we bought (not the attorney's fault, something to do with the deed). Mr. Edwards explained the problem thoroughly, as well as what he needed to do about it and how that would affect us. He successfully handled the problem within a few days, less time than he anticipated.
Because of a problem with the deed on the residence we bought, the closings on the residence we bought took place later then the one on the residence we sold. E. Perry Edwards kept us informed and made sure we could move in safely (legally) and made the processw as easy for us as possible. He explained everything without resorting to legalese, and explained it when necessary without sounding as if he thought we were stupid.
