Mr Bogart came as a highly reccomended lawyer for Will preparation and home purchase My friend and aquaintance led me in the right direction by suggesting him I have not known any lawyer as caring to one’s needs I reccomend him to anyone needing help in real estate and estate planning He is very knowledgeable in these areas

Hired Attorney

Our family was exceptionally pleased with the manner in which Mr. Bogart understood our desires for our personal wills and healthcare power of attorneys. He performed an excellent job in explaining to my elderly father everything that was needed to complete his updated will and took the time to make sure he understood what he was signing and dealt with him very patiently and tactfully with great understanding. He has also answered for us the questions we have before refinancing.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
