My negative experience with this Personal Injury law firm the Arrorney that handled my case mishandled Gross Negligence that caused clear financial loss and Financial Hardship to Breach of Fiduciary Duty causing Harm and Damaging my perfect driving record caused my car insurance company to drop me. I was not only awarded any compensation for my injuries' that I fell I would have won if my attorney did not mishandle my claim I was betrayed by my own Attorney who went though my own insurance company and filed a Collison claim to his own client that did not cause the accident causing financial hardship of having to pay $400 dollars a month premium that they refused to take responsibilty for mishandling my case I was told to call my insurance company and handle it myself . Breach of contract violating terms of lawyers agreement of filing underinsure motorist claim going theough my insurance turmed int a collison claim charged me their client wiyh own insurance complete betrayal and forced
