I met with Mr. Jeffrey Merriam in 2005 for the first time to file a divorce petition in Family Court. I found Mr. Merriam very informative in advising me of; relevant documents needed, gathering evidence and the divorce process. Mr. Merriam is very personable, caring and was always on top of any new documentation/information.Mr. Merriam was always available to take calls, or return my calls in a very timely manner. Jeff was truly my advocate, and has remained to be throughout the years.
Jeff is a member of the good ol' boy's club. He puts this ahead of his attorney client relationship. His communication skills are very poor. He refused to file a motion to compel when the opposition was 9 months in contempt. I would not recommend his services to anyone who needs an attorney.
